RICHARDSON, TX — April 27, 2004 — Valere Power today announced it has hired Matthew Brady, a wireless and broadband executive with more than 14 years of experience, to lead its aggressive North and South American expansion as vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Brady is based in Chicago and reports to Andy Marsh, Valere Power president and CEO.

Valere Power continues to rapidly establish operations throughout North and South America by growing its own direct sales force and teaming with leading power systems’ resellers and integrators. Most recently, he served as vice president of sales and marketing for Clarity Communications Systems, where he ran the business in Aurora, Illinois. Before that, he was the Group Manager of Tellabs’ Broadband business in North and South America. He also served in a variety of senior sales, marketing and operations positions in Asia and North America with Motorola’s Cellular Infrastructure Group in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
