VALERE POWER CEO TO PRESENT AT JPMORGAN TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE ON MAY 19, 2005

RICHARDSON, TX — May 18, 2005— Valere Power, an innovative provider of power infrastructure for the telecommunications industry, today announced that Chief Executive Officer and President Andy Marsh will present at the JPMorgan 33rd Annual Technology Conference on Thursday, May 19, 2005 at 8:15 a.m. PT.

Mr. Marsh will provide a brief company overview including discussion about Valere Power’s business growth strategies and recent technology developments. A question and answer session will be part of the 20-minute presentation time. The conference is taking place at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco.
